Since the ADDS HEMS weather tool is currently an experimental product, it can only be used to support a NO-GO decision for a flight and only when it is authorized by inclusion in the certificate holder's A010 OpSpecs. Detailed guidance for the use of this tool can be found in FAA notice N8000.333
