    • Please note that $20.00 of your membership fee goes toward your subscription to the Air Medical Journal. As part of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, associations are required to notify their members of that portion of their dues allocable to lobby and political expenditures made after 1993. Based on the 1999 budget figures, NEMSPA has determined that 25% of your dues are NOT tax deductible as an ordinary and customary business expense.
