NEMSPA Opens Membership to All Air Medical Pilots

Since its inception in 1984, the National EMS Pilots Association has extended Active (Voting) Member status to all active civil air medical pilots. Through the years, a number of public-service (primarily law enforcement) pilots have joined and contributed to the Association's activities and knowledge base as Affiliate Members. At their annual meeting at AMTC last October, the NEMSPA board of directors voted to extend Active Member status to any pilot actively flying air medical transport missions, be they civil, public service, or military. Affiliate membership continues to be an option for any other pilot and for any person employed in any role in air medical transport.

To apply for Active or Affiliate membership in NEMSPA, select the appropriate option under the Member Services tab, above.
